03 / HOW TO USE

A small rhythm for the next task.

Use the focus interval for one task, then take the rest interval before starting the next one. This tool only counts time; it does not manage tasks or make productivity claims.

Set a focus interval from 1 to 180 minutes and a rest interval from 1 to 60 minutes.
Select Start focus. You can pause and resume the current interval.
When an interval ends, start the next interval when you are ready. Reset returns to the focus interval.
